Stocked items

Unused and uninstalled stocked items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be in original packaging and in unused condition.

Change-of-mind returns

If a return is requested due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Made-to-order items

Made-to-order and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has started.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with clear photos and your order number so our team can review the issue and provide a solution.

Refund processing

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
