Cancel or Return Your Order
Use this page to request an order cancellation, return, or EU withdrawal request online. Eligible EU customers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days after the final item in the order has been delivered.

If your order has not been fulfilled yet, you may request to cancel eligible items through your customer account.
Return After Delivery
Unused and uninstalled stocked items may be returned within the applicable return window after delivery.
EU Right of Withdrawal
EU consumers may withdraw from an eligible purchase within 14 days after the final item in the order has been delivered.
How to Submit a Request
Click the button above and sign in using your email address and verification code.
Open the order you want to cancel or return.
Select “Cancel items”, “Return items”, or “Cancel or return” where available.
After your request is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation. Our team will review the request and provide return instructions where applicable.
Important Notes
Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Custom or personalized items made to a customer’s specific requirements may not be eligible for return once production has started, except where required by applicable law.
