Products & Fitment
Yes – we use genuine carbon fiber. Each product page lists the material type clearly.
We list all compatible models. If unsure, contact us with your VIN or car details – we’ll confirm fitment.
We take requests for development, but we don’t offer one-off manufacturing. Suggest your model and we may add it to our pipeline.
We use real carbon fiber, ABS and FRP depending on the part. Each product page mentions the exact material.

Installation & Support
Yes. We offer installation at our workshop in the Netherlands. In the USA, we also partner with certified shops.

Some customers manage DIY, but for best fitment and to avoid damage, a trained installer is the safest option.
We don’t include printed manuals in the box.
Instead, we provide a clear installation briefing by email or on the product page.

Yes – contact us via email or WhatsApp during install if you need help. We're fast and familiar with every part we sell.
Most parts are bolt-on, but some require minor trimming or drilling. We clearly mention that on each product page.
Orders & Payments
If your order hasn’t shipped, we can usually modify or cancel it. Contact us ASAP.

Shipping & Delivery
Yes. We ship globally using DHL, UPS, FedEx and more.
EU: 2–7 business days. US & worldwide: 5–14 days depending on region.
Europe & USA = no duties. Outside EU & USA = import taxes may apply depending on country.
Returns & Warranty
Yes. You have 30 days to return unused items. Custom parts are final sale.
Contact us with photos and order info. We’ll send a replacement or refund.
Yes – standard 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects.
Most items can be returned within 30 days. Custom or made-to-order parts are non-returnable.
Yes, unless the item is damaged or incorrect. In that case, we cover the return shipping.
Improper use, installation errors, external damage, or any modified parts are not covered.
